What is an AI brand ranking?
A ranking of the brands AI assistants name when people ask what to buy. As more shoppers ask ChatGPT or Gemini for a shortlist, being named, and named first, decides who gets considered.
How we score
For every segment and market we ask each assistant the shopper question and record the top five brands. Positions one to five earn 35, 25, 20, 12 and 8 points. Share is a brand's points over all points awarded.
